What we will do:
We start our tour in the heart of Larnaca. The promenade „Finikoudes“ along Athenon Avenue by the sea is the modern boulevard and waterfront area where life meets. Old and new can be found right next to each other in Larnaca. The medieval castle right by the sea, next door the Djami Kebir mosque, the oldest mosque in Cyprus, the beautiful church of St. Lazarus and the old town we will explore with a few steps, without a long walk.
When we leave the city centre, we pass some historical squares and buildings that are always worth a photo. Let us know when and if you want to stop. Then we reach the well-preserved Aquaduct and are sure to be amazed at its massive size. We then visit the famous salt lakes. Dried up in summer, the lakes fill with water in winter, providing a home for migratory birds, including thousands of flamingos that winter here.
The Hala Sultan Tekke mosque is located directly on the salt lake. We simply have to see this place of faith steeped in history. A beautiful park and the direct location on the lake invite us to take fantastic photos.
Finally, we visit a place in Oroklini, from where you can enjoy an impressive view over the entire bay of Larnaca.
Please note:
- We will pick you up at your hotel or arrange a meeting point with you. We will then take you on a tour of Larnaca and the surrounding area, without the stress, hectic pace and time pressure of other guests. Of course, we will show you the famous buildings, but we will not forget to show you some of the really interesting places to take pictures. We’ll find out what really interests and excites you. So our tour with you is very personal. - As soon as we leave Larnaca, we visit a place in Oroklini, from where you can enjoy an impressive view over the entire bay of Larnaca.
- We will pick you up at your hotel at 10:00. You must be dressed appropriately to enter the interior of the churches and mosques. Knees and shoulders covered, a big scarf sometimes helps the ladies a lot.
All in all, the tour lasts about 3 hours, it depends on you, because this event is only for you and your family, partner or friends that you book in.

(e.g. Oroklini – Pyla – Livadia – Larnaca City). Pick up is also possible for more distant routes, but we will then charge a small surcharge.
